OLCO administrative and marketing support in the form of promotions, credit cards, construction and environmental services. Computerized monitoring of activity and inventory controls. Management of service station remains with operator.
- OLCO / Dealer relationship: Based on medium-term supply agreement to independent reseller/owner of marketing facilities. Use of OLCO colours and brand name. Line of credit and other OLCO facilities provided for in contract or other suitable arrangement.
